She has worked closely with cross-functional internal teams, major retail partners, and agencies giving her a deep, practical understanding of how to bring products successfully to market.

In addition to her corporate experience, Monica has hands on experience running her own business. She was co-founder of a strategy and creative agency specialising in point of sale design and production, and later launched and managed an end-to-end e-commerce business.

This well-rounded, hands-on experience allows Monica to quickly identify risks, gaps, and missed opportunities within a go to market plan often within a single strategic review.
